Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy

 

Skin Test

Some treatments require a skin test at least 48 hours prior to the booking. This is to ensure the safety of all my clients as well as insurance purposes. If a skin test is required you will be notified at the time of booking your appointment. It is down to the client to ensure the skin test has been carried out within the time period. Failure to complete this will result in your treatment being unable to be carried out and your booking fee non refundable.

Booking Fee

​

A non refundable and non exchangeable booking fee is required to secure each appointment. This is redeemable off the Treatment on the day only.

Cancellation Policy

​

A minimum of 48 hours notice must be given prior to the scheduled appointment. This will be non refundable and non negotiable should the 48 hours notice not be adhered to by notifying myself directly by email or telephone as provided on the contact page. 

​

Due to a busy schedule and waiting list I am unable to reallocate missed appointments to other clients unless 48 hours notice has been provided.

​

Allocated time is booked to ensure each individual client is given the care and time needed to achieve maximum results.
